Bike Preparation for Transport

Please read these important notes to help ensure we are able to carry your bike.

If you are unsure about any of these details please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.

• Front mudguards and Front carrier racks must be removed.
• Rear mudguards and carriers are okay.
• Tyres up to 2.2” in width (56mm) are okay.
• Tyres 2.3" - 2.6” (58mm - 66mm) will need to be deflated slightly. Ensure you have your pump to re-inflate your tyres on arrival.
• Bikes with “fat” or “plus” size tyres, 2.7” - 5.0” in width (68mm - 125mm) may be able to be transported on our bike trailers. Don't be disappointed on the day - check with us in advance so we can be prepared for this. 

Lastly:

• Be ready to load your bike at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
